Hi thank you for your question. I have ask Singapore Tourism board hotline. They said it is safe to travel to Singapore and the places you have mention (Sentosa, Universal Studios). As long your healthy and maintain good hygiene. It will be fine.
For latest updates on the coronavirus. You can check by searching google "Ministry of Health Singapore" for latest updates and advisory on the situation regarding coronavirus.
Maintain good hygiene by regularly washing your hands with soap and water or alcohol. Do not touch our faces specially in public places. Avoid crowded place as much you can and eat healthy food, execise and complete rest with Prayers for full Immune System Strength
Wear mask if needed. if you have weak immune system, elderly with complications and Young children. it is advisable to wear mask.
Please Note:
If you have latest travel history atleast three months ago to any parts of China, taiwan or hong kong. Immigration may ask you to declare it and quaratine you or deny entry to Singapore. (it depends on your travel history).
So far this is the latest law now in effect in Singapore.
