Going over my trading setup that I have been using for almost a decade and that cost me less than $2,000, yet is more than capable enough to trade professionally. I also give a quick review of my AT&T Gigabit Internet and explain why internet speed is so important for trading. At the end of the day though, the best trading setup will always revolve around connection speed and internet. If you have the best trading setup but poor connection or not hard wired, you will be at a disadvantage. The next thing is that when it comes to building a setup or computer for trading, it is easy to spend a lot of money for stuff you don't need. Considering how technology has made processors and graphics cards cheaper, more accessible and powerful, you can use the last generation to compete at a fraction of the cost! Lastly, regardless of the setup, make sure you have a setup that will support your work flow and health! There is a reason why my most expensive addition is my gaming chair and desk, if you are going to be sitting for 7 hours a day trading, you better make sure its healthy and comfortable so you do not develop bad habits or posture! BUT, if I can leave this with anything, save your money and get fast internet! SEE YOU ON THE WATCHLIST TOMORROW!
