A new coalition is “very likely”, said Annuar Musa, amidst rumours of a new government. The Umno secretary-general had attended a meeting at Sheraton Hotel in Petaling Jaya involving opposition MPs, Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin and PKR deputy president Mohamed Azmin Ali.
When asked if Pakatan Harapan was over, he said, “I think so.”
As to when an announcement would be made, Annuar said it had to be up to the Prime Minister and Yang di-Pertuan Agong as it must follow the constitution.
