Have you finished binging the Netflix series “Love Is Blind” yet? If so, join us on a behind the scenes peek about the strict rules contestants had to follow during filming. Even though Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa Lachey were the hosts they were forbidden from doling out advice. According to creator Chris Coelen, he was worried they wouldn’t have enough couples get engaged but there actually ended up being too many! Some folks like Rory Newbrough and Danielle Droulin just didn’t end up making the cut! Those weddings were absolutely real and so were the bills contestants like Matt Barnett and Amber Pike had to pay. Mark Cuevas and Jessica Batten didn’t end up saying “I do” but they revealed that their relationship was very different than what audiences saw. Even with restrictions in place there were still awkward moments, like when Carlton Morton leaned in to kiss Diamond Jack just a little bit too soon! The living situation backstage was comparable to a sorority or fraternity but a surprising amount of bonding went on behind the scenes.
