But how do you know if you're focused on what you do want?
You can easily know this through your emotional guidance system.
You might be focused on doing something that you do want, after pivoting from the contrast, but still feel bad about it. If you still feel some degree of urgency, scarcity, irritation or having hidden agenda, then you're still focused on the contrast.
When you're truly focused on what you do want, you feel good...you feel at peace. You feel inspired. This is when inspired action takes place.
Learning to let go and allow is what brings about the manifestation of our desires. Remember that at any moment, you can always step back and observe your life, and be a witness to the unfolding.
