Weinstein was convicted on Monday of rape and sexual assault against two women, sealing his fall from powerful Hollywood studio boss to archvillain of the #MeToo movement.
Clinton was speaking on Tuesday at the Berlin International Film Festival during a press conference promoting her new documentary "Hillary".
When asked what she thought about the possibility of a socialist being nominated as the next Democratic candidate, in reference to frontrunner Bernie Sanders' growing momentum in the Democratic primary, she said she would support her party's nominee.
Clinton also spoke about her and her husband's love of film – despite having little time to watch movies.
