Defective: Tyne and Wear Metro: Class 994025 at South Gosforth

T & W Metro: Class 994025 becomes slightly defective and decided it doesn't want to continue it's journey following a driver changeover at South Gosforth.

It eventually became repaired by the driver restarting from the rear cab.
