Floor Test Possible Only When MLAs Are 'Freed From Captivity': Kamal Nath

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath addressed media after meeting Governor Lalji Tandon, saying a floor test would happen on the Governor's address and budget, but it would only be possible when the 22 MLAs are "freed from captivity," ANI reported.
