God's Love & Interpreting Scripture: A Discussion with Ben Witherington III (Part I)

In March 2020 Ben Witherington III came to John Brown University as a guest lecturer for the Abila Archeological Project, directed by Professor Dave Vila. The discussion, which focuses on the themes of God's love and the interpretation of Scripture, took place the morning following Professor Witherington's lecture. Professor Witherington offers counsel for how to think about difficult verses, the example in this case being Psalm 136:10.
