Tapering off Seroquel | Quetiapine Part 1

Hi, this is just a brief introduction into who I am and my current experience with anti psychotic medication and how I'm trying to finally come off everything and start again.

I'm hoping to use this as a diary into my tapering off the meds and hope to share my experiences with you guys.
