Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has informed that the Union Health Ministry has advised people to avoid mass gathering or postpone till the cases of Novel Coronavirus spread is contained. Speaking to media, Rane has explained the guidelines and has stated that Goa’s health Department is vigilant over spread Coronavirus. When asked about mass gathering of people during Holi and Shigmo, he has stated that people should decide for themselves.
