Rough recipe for Green Tahini
1/4-1/2 cup of tahini
A drizzle of apple cider vinegar
1/2 squeeze of lemon
Chopped parsley
Chopped coriander
Chopped basil

Put all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.

Can keep in the fridge for 3-4 days!



Lentil Dahl
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fenugreek
1-2 tsp ginger
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsbp curry powder
1 tsp chilli powder (optional!)
1 diced onion
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 cups red lentils
2 cups chopped pumpkin
Enough water or stock to cover
1/2 cup of coconut cream
