#KETO #ketodiet #ketorecipes Is it possible to slip in and out of ketosis and gain weight on keto? Could that be the cause of weight gain and plateaus? If your ketones are just low enough in the "grey area" and you go out of ketosis, do you store fat? Something I've been thinking about and I'm thinking this could be my problem so I've been working on doing OMAD, less snacking, lower carbs than usual, less keto snacks and treats. Just over all eating cleaning keto! I'm starting to see the scale move. I've also started walking more and getting some exercise. I'm seeing higher ketone levels and feeling so much better.
