A commercial building which was being built in behind a Quaid Villa was demolished . The reason being it was some one filed case against the owner and won the case. Now the SBCA followed the orders of court and demolished the building . A person from SBCA also said they can demolish any building in Bahria town Karachi because not a single building was SBCA approved . Kindly go to court people and ask for lease not from bahria town but from MDA .
